I first downloaded it to a Win XP machine where things worked as indicated in the documentation. Then downloaded it to a machine running Win Vista Ultimate 64 bit. The editor appears with a depressing blue background. Also, when I run the 'hello world' tutorial, the pop up window produces a bell sound when it comes up (this does not happen under XP).
