How to detect element over WITHOUT clicking on it

Hi all,

I am searching how activate some other function WITHOUT clik on a element.

can you help me on this please ?

For exemple i want to detect a mouse over an element and detect it, this without any click ( like tip )

And without use coordinate...

EDIT : perhaps with WinAPI_Mouse_Event but there is not example...
