Change Start Menu ToolTips

How Can I Change Start Menu ToolTips? I wish to modify start menu tooltips without resource hacking explorer.exe. None of the Autoit methods I tried worked. Here is my code:

;ListViewItems and TabItems are managed through indexes (New).
;To get the index of these items use DllCall() and DllStructCreate() (New)

This topic I did kidding and I could change the tooltips by using an hexadecimal editor to edit the memory.
