need a little quick help

ok so iv been through all the help guides

but cant see to find the code to add a numder in a box

ok so say it was google and i wanted to click the middle bar and type in 400

wat would be the code for typing 400

so ive got

MouseClick("left", 613,442)

then at those co-ords i need to add 400 in the box it clicks on

so yere just a little quick help
