detecting pixel a colour in 2 boxes

can anyone helpme with few codes? wondering if the following is possible

so.. u set range of 2 small boxes (like top left to bottom right)

and first box called box1 and second box2

if there is more colour of X in box 1 then button press a

if there is more colour of X in box 2 then button press b

so.. it is not about whehter there is a certain colour to be detected...

but a comparison b/w 2 boxes and press button when a box has more of that colour than another box.

and also...

if color Y (in box3 which will be biggest and including box1 and 2) is detected left of to the box1or2 whichever has more of colourX

then press button c. If detected right of the box1or2 whichever has more colourX then press button d.

I am really learning a lot from answers you guys have given me from previous questions...

again this time... i ask kindly to help me...

and please explain to me important lines so i can modify and learn...
