detecting pixel in 2 diff boxes.

somebody plz help me making this... i simply have no idea how to do this...

(set range of 2 small boxes (like top left to bottom right)

and first box called box1 and second box2

if there is more colour of X in box 1 then button press a

if there is more colour of X in box 2 then button press b

so.. it is not JUST about whehter there is a certain colour to be detected...

but a comparison b/w 2 boxes and press different button when a box has more of that colour than another box.)
