DirectX sends data directly to your video card. Windows doesn't actually see any of that.

You can't. It sends the data directly through to your card, therefore you cannot see it. Unless there is another way I do not know of, you can't read the pixels in DirectX.

I am probably wrong but wasn't there some code somewhere that took a picture of the screen and then got pixels from the screenshot thus working with directx?

That might work, but that would be a pretty slow if you were going to do this multiple times, quickly.

Yes it would be slow but I don't see any other way without some kind of hook(d3d?) which I do not know how to do in AutoIt.

yes, i find way.. if i connect to my PC from another with vnc and do screen i see al graphic of direct3d, but this way ocupe 2 pc

and i finds it on forum: http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=22245&hl=DirectX%20black&st=20

I am trying to use your GetColor script that you wrote to get the color value beneath the cursor in a game. Everwhere that I try to get the color in the game I am coming up with a 'Black' value........

Larry had a UDF for finding the color under the mouse pointer... search the scripts and scraps

somebody know what is UDF script and scrap? ;)
