nmontec Posted December 14, 2009 Posted December 14, 2009 Dear All, I need to open a window and act on its controls. Everything is working as long as I hard code the window title. The problem is that this window opens with a different title depending on the device is connected to, so I can not hard code its title. Is there a way I can still use this AutoIT so that I can access the controls independently from the title? Thanks a lot Best regards, Nicola

You will find out there how to identify windows using other things than titles and text - despite the name of the page. The AU3Info tool is a good way of getting much of this info, by the way.
