somdcomputerguy
I would do it with 4 labels; 'Loading', '.', '..','...', replacing the second with the third, then the third with the fourth, then the fourth with the second, and so on... I would use a timed loop to replace the labels. By replace I mean write over. After I figure out how to get it working, I would probably also find that it can be done another way too.. - Bruce /*somdcomputerguy */ If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. kaotkbliss
something like this? #include <GUIConstantsEx.au3> $loading=GUICreate("",300,75,-1,-1) $text=GUICtrlCreateLabel("Loading",100,30) $dot=GUICtrlCreateLabel(".",139,30) GUISetState(@SW_SHOW) While 1 $msg=GUIGetMsg() If $msg=$GUI_EVENT_CLOSE Then Exit(1) ElseIf $msg=0 Then Sleep(250) GUICtrlSetData($dot,"..") Sleep(250) GUICtrlSetData($dot,"...") Sleep(250) GUICtrlSetData($dot,".") EndIf WEnd there's a slight delay when clicking the "X" to close and the exit of the script because of the "..." updates. 010101000110100001101001011100110010000001101001011100110010000 001101101011110010010000001110011011010010110011100100001 My Android cat and mouse gamehttps://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.KaosVisions.WhiskersNSqueek We're gonna need another Timmy!
