Tool to help for GUI

7 posts in this topic

Hi all,

I feel a bit embarrassed about this question because I know I have seen this information before on this forum, and I also used it on my laptop but a re-image was done in between.

There is a simple graphical tool to help us to design messages boxes, I just can't remember where to find it ;)

I know I found it easily prior to the re-image of my computer, but now I can't figure it out.

I am using Scite. Maybe it was an add-on.

Akshay07,

Do you mean Koda, the form designer? If so, it is in SciTE under the <Tools> menu (at least it is if you have the full version) or as a stand-alone in the "C:\Program Files\AutoIt3\Koda" folder (if you have a normal install).

Thanks to all of you for your very quick answers!

I meant Koda, I just could not remember how to find it.

I understand why now, I must have downloaded a light version of SciTe after the re-image of my machine, that explains why I could not find it anymore.

Thanks to the community ;)

If you guys thinks that there is another tool that is better than Koda, please let me know

The lite version comes with the AutoIt3 installer.

Just for the record:

The tool to create your own GUIs is Koda.

The tool to created a MSGBOX() statement with all possible options is CodeWizard.
