And the error i get: :\Program\AutoIt3\Include\IE.au3 (2241) : ==> Variable must be of type "Object".: Return $o_object.document.body.innerText Return $o_object.document^ ERROR Anyone that can help me? Thanks in advance
sigil Posted January 13, 2010 Posted January 13, 2010 It might work better if you use _IECreate() instead of the objcreate() $oIE = ObjCreate("Shell.Explorer.2") $GUIActiveX = GUICtrlCreateObj($oIE, 1, 1, 1, 1) $oIE.navigate("http://www.google.com") $sText = _IEBodyReadText ($oIE)[/autoit] theres abit of the code. Use $oIE=_iecreate("www.google.com") $sText = _IEBodyReadText ($oIE) instead, that works fine.
Dracil Posted January 13, 2010 Author Posted January 13, 2010 But that open ups the website, with objectcreate i can hide it with 1x pixels of size.

IE.au3 issues with Vista - Workarounds SciTe Debug mode - it's magic: #AutoIt3Wrapper_run_debug_mode=Y Doesn't work needs to be ripped out of the troubleshooting lexicon. It means that what you tried did not produce the results you expected. It begs the questions 1) what did you try?, 2) what did you expect? and 3) what happened instead?
