Problem with _StringEncrypt

4 posts in this topic

Is it a bug?

I try to encrypt but doesn't give me exactly value when I decrypted.

i use 3.3.0.0.

#include <string.au3>

$strpwd = _StringEncrypt (1, "myname", "voila", 5)
If @error = 1 Then
    msgbox(0, "", "error")
EndIf

MsgBox (0,"",$strpwd)
MsgBox (1,"",_StringEncrypt (0, $strpwd, "voila", 5))

mrmacadamia,

From 3.3.2.0 onwards, AutoIt has a new include include file Encryption.au3 which contains many very reliable encryption/decryption functions. I would use that instead. :D
