Get logged on user while in another context

Recommended Posts

Got a little problem. My autoit program will be called by an elevated account (not using autoit run@ but by a seperate server management system io i cant change that).

At some point I have to get the value of the current logged on user (while running the autoit program as a different user).

Tried environment variables but they pull back the context of the elevated user.

Ideally don't want to use code outside autoit (psloggedon etc). VBS might be doable.

Any suggestions?

Check the owner on process instances of explorer.exe running. You could use _ProcessListProperties() or just extract the code from it for that one property.
