Shafayat
I need my software to be informed when a file copy even occurs. I found this way in MSDN. But I do not know how to do this in autoit. Please show me. (I DID try to find it and to do it myself but could not succeed.) Here is the documentation: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc144063(VS.85).aspx [Not using this account any more. PsaltyDS
From the linked page: Implementing Copy Hook HandlersLike all Shell extension handlers, copy hook handlers are in-process Component Object Model (COM) objects implemented as DLLs.So, why try to write this in AutoIt, a scripting language? Valuater's AutoIt 1-2-3, Class... Is now in Session! For those who want somebody to write the script for them: RentACoder"Any technology distinguishable from magic is insufficiently advanced." -- Geek's corollary to Clarke's law
Shafayat
I'm sorry. I didn't actually understand that I needed to make a dll. I thought I needed to just use it like wmnotification.
