How to use ControlClik Coords?

When use AutoIt Window Info to capture information , there got a "ControlClik Coords:12,450" in Summary,anybody who knows how to use or what's that means? Express heartfelt thanks!!!

The ControlClick Coords are the position of the control in the window. These can be used for a MouseClick if necessary.

Edit: The ControlClick Coords are the position of the mouse while in the control, not the position of the control itself.
