jchd
Any ideea why i get this every time i start scite on a xp sp3 ?It says that Scite is not linked with FP support, but something needs it. It might be a parameter the various configuration files being formatted wrongly, something likefileselector.width=800.with an extra dot appended, making the value FP in place of integer.I'd make a search for FP formats in the scite configuration folder with a tool like Agent Ransack (which supports regexps). Maybe you could find it this way, if it's this cause of course. May be this wouldn't be selective enough, though. It's also entirely possible the cause is elsewhere: pluggin, command-line arg, black magic?Of course you don't remember changing anything in the config, do you? jchd
I see. Don't try to remove nasties this way, it's just like asking a heart surgeon to make heart surgery on himself. Stop the PC, find a known-good PC, install your AV / anti-malware on it, plug your infected disk as secondary disk, USB or direct, and proceed. Be aware it won't remove traces left in the infected disk registry though. Let's stop it there: we're getting way off opic.
