How do I get a list with functions within a DLL file?

I want to use the file tfm.dll

It is for communication with fingerprint scanners

I have made a program for that.

http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=80724

However only the name is possible to extract, it will not be enough to use it in autoit.

Broken link? PM me and I'll send you the file!

The DLL should have been distributed with some sort of documentation. At least there should be an includefile for c(++). In this file you should find all required information o use the dll.
