rmarkables
Hi All, I am trying to figure out the registry key which holds the size of the Internet Exporer window size. I have learned how to control the size of an IE window using WinMove, _IECreate and _IEPropertySet, but this only applies to windows created by an AutoIt script. I want every IE window to start in the same place and same size. I assume there is a registry setting for this, but have not been able to locate it. Could anyone offer some advice on this subject? Rkey
haven't checked it, but quicksearch leads me here: "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\pagesetup" Value Name #1 :header | Value Name #2 :footer | &u&b&d Value Name #3 :margin_bottom | 0.27500 Value Name #4 :margin_left | 0.21667 Value Name #5 :margin_right | 0.25667 Value Name #6 :margin_top | 0.25000
rmarkables
Hi, Thanks for the reply. I saw this one, but I assumed this was for the output and margins if you printed the IE window. I will check into it further. Thanks Mark
Rkey
I found this one as well: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\Window_Placement Although I'm not very familiair with the Binairy values. Hope it will help you further. Cheers, Rkey
