alpha transparent png to Clipboard

Hello. I managed to create a script that reads a bmp and turns all white pixels as transparent and then saves the image as a png image. My question now... How can I set the png image into the clipboard and have it preserve it's transparency so that it can be pasted onto other programs with it's transparent properties? I managed to put an image into the clipboard (using B4PPC) but when I paste the image into another application the transparent pixels become gray!

Any suggestions on how I can accomplish this using AutoIt? I have no idea where to start from.
