identify pictures

my idea is to make a script then can color check a pre defined area and locate an object made up of pre-defined colorchecks in specific locations

so say the image was 50x50 pixels i would color chech it every 50 pixels

imagine a color check at every +..

these colorchecks would be written in a .ini.

would it be possible ot use that info to make the script accept or reject a picture as the one i colorcheck it with?
