Re-compile the script and chose a new icon.

brad25,

If you have already compiled the script with another icon and you are using Vista or Win7 the old icon is stored in the icon cache and will still be used on the desktop. Google "clear icon cache" and you should find lots of help on how to do just that. Your new icon will then display as Windows rebuilds the cache. :(

If you're using SCiTe, Ctrl-F7 should work. If it doesn't show you a GUI with various options then you have another way to do it.

Go in Start/All Programs/AutoIt v3 and click "Compile Script to .exe" and you'll see what I mean.
