Is there a way to capture a part of the screen?

Hello, I'm trying to capture a part of the screen in a bmp or jpg or whatever picture, i have the exact coordinates, but i don't know if this is possible with autoit. The thing that i am trying to make a picture off is a tool tip, so that makes it even harder.

It appears to capture some tooltips but not all. It does capture Paint Shop Pro 6.02 tooltips, but not SciTE tooltips.
