How can I close UAC under Vista OS?

I am using Vista 64 system, and the User Account Control always prompt during I install some application. So I want to close it. I change EnableLUA value from 1 to 0 through regedit. But even reboot or not the UAC still can take effect. Is there somebody help me or tell me some else method? Thanks very much!

This is a Vista issue not an AutoIt one, but anyway, go to control panel, user accounts and there's an option there to turn UAC on or off.
