Changing/Clearing text of inputbox

I know this is a newbie question, and I simply failed to do the right key words for the search, but I'm not sure how to change the text of an inputbox.

I'm sorry I couldn't find the reply button . But I found the solution

GUICtrlSetData($name of inputbox, "this text will appear in the box")

I hope I can help any one else with the same question. In this case though, you can input the variable of a button, and it will change the text that appears on the button.
