A auto it script is set to install dotnet 3.5 and then delete the folder containing the install files as well as the script being executed.

However not everything is being deleted. A few files remain.

Here is the command.

DirRemove("C:\installfiles", 1)

Any ideas what the problem could be ?

Remarks

Some dir attributes can make the removal impossible.

Also any file that is in use can not be deleted so the DirRemove will fail as soon as it hits an in-use file as in the script that is running the command. Use Error checking and you will easily discover the answers to this type of question.
