Hotkey not working?

Something i put together to make some things easier but i can't get it to stop on hotkey press any ideas?

I tried it and i think your right i had it do Shift-Alt-d instead and no go until i alt-tab it and it worked.

Since that did not work how could i make it so a dialog box opens up on alt-tab temp quiting the while statement and asking me if i want to stop the script or go back to it.
