Compression

not sure if this can be done, but i'm making a log of my time that i write based on the week ie: 20100404.20100410.txt, and im writing them all to the same directory, but i want to be able to back them up in a .zip from a gui. so my question is can i call a FileSaveDialog and have it save as a .zip and have it compress all the files in the directory and place them in on compressed file.

just looking for suggestions on this. thanks for any help
