First off StringRegExpReplace does not return an array so your variable is misnamed.

$sAnchor = StringRegExpReplace($sStr, "(?i)<a\s.+?>(.*)</a>", "$1")

If you already have the Links in an array then there are two other methods

For $i = 0 To Ubound($aArray) -1
    $array1[$i] = StringRegExpReplace($array1[$i], "(?i)<a\s.+?>(.*)</a>", "$1")
Next

For $i = 0 To Ubound($array) -1
    $sStr = StringRegExpReplace($array1[$i], "(?i)<a\s.+?>(.*)</a>", "$1")
If @Extended Then MsgBox(0, "Result", $sStr) ;; Do what you want here, perhaps writing it to a file like below
    ;;If @Extended Then FileWriteLine(@DeskTopDir & "\results.txt", $sStr)
Next

EDIT: Forgot the code tags yet again.

EDIT 2: Added the @Extended check to make sure there was a valid replace before doing anything else.

Edit 3: here is a variation of the SRER that does the same thing

"(?i)(?U)<a\s.+>\E(.*)</a>"
