Ive noticed this once in a while where labels are cut off or other alignments are off. has anyone noticed this? ive seen this across windows xp systems.. i thought it might be different resolutions but both pcs were on the same resolution.. but this shouldnt matter anyway right?

thought about theme based but both pcs were using XP theme. anyone have any ideas?

Try forcing a font size and font name with either GUISetFont() or GUICtrlSetFont()

The font is always set by the Windows default metrics and if the user has done something like change font or dpi settings then it can affect your controls.
