hua
I have searched a bit on the forums and I'm thinking that AutoIt can NOT do what I want, but I thought I'd ask anyway. I am checking old burned media by reading them in. When I get media that doesn't read, it frequently just hangs there. On the screen of my dvd reading program I use, it has some text that shows the speed of the read, X.XX mb/sec. When it hangs, that X.XX slowly drops from well over 1.0 to well under 1.0 ... Is there a way for AutoIt to read the screen of another application and get that value off the screen somehow? Thanks! LH
GEOSoft
Use the Window Info Tool included with AutoIt to get the information for the Window and the control that contains the text, post that info back here and we might be able to help you out.
