DanRiek Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 I want to find a control (a button) on a web page. I have used "AutoIt Window Info" to try and find a button on a web page but the tool is unable to find it. The tool will just highlight the whole window/frame. Can AutoIt detect this type of control? My goal is to have AutoIt find the control on the page and click the button. Thanks for any help.
PsaltyDS Posted June 9, 2010 Posted June 9, 2010 You are working with the browser's Document Object Model (DOM), not window controls. Try the example scripts under the various _IE* functions in the help file. Valuater's AutoIt 1-2-3, Class... Is now in Session! For those who want somebody to write the script for them: RentACoder"Any technology distinguishable from magic is insufficiently advanced." -- Geek's corollary to Clarke's law
