Find button on a Web Page

Recommended Posts

I want to find a control (a button) on a web page. I have used "AutoIt Window Info" to try and find a button on a web page but the tool is unable to find it. The tool will just highlight the whole window/frame. Can AutoIt detect this type of control? My goal is to have AutoIt find the control on the page and click the button. Thanks for any help.

You are working with the browser's Document Object Model (DOM), not window controls. Try the example scripts under the various _IE* functions in the help file.
