GUI+Certain Func

Hello Again,

This Time i want to ask how can i make a GUI box with start & finish buttons...and also a space to enter desired delay for certain function.

for example i want to send 1 to a window..the GUI to have a start button that will start the script,end button to end the script,and finally a space to write in the desired delay for the send function.

also will be happy if u can tell me how may i insert an image into that box..thxxx

You would use GUICreate and GUISetState,

with start & finish buttons

including GUICtrlCreateButton twice

a space to enter desired delay

and GUICtrlCreateInput.

You use GUIGetMsg in a While...WEnd loop to detect user action on the controls you created earlier.

how may i insert an image into that box

You can use GUICtrlCreatePic, but you must disable the picture with GUICtrlSetState if any of the other controls overlap.

If, as I suspect, the above makes little or no sense to you at present, then you need to do a bit of studying before you continue. Reading the Help file (at least the first few sections - Using AutoIt, Tutorials and the first couple of References) will help you enormously. You should also look at the excellent tutorials that you will find here and here - you will find other tutorials in the Wiki (the link is at the top of the page). There are even video tutorials on YouTube if you prefer watching to reading.

I know you want to start coding NOW, but a little study will save you a lot of trouble later on, believe me.

When you have studied AutoIt for a while, try coding what you want yourself. You know where we are when you run into trouble.
