Loading From File

Recommended Posts

Say you wanted to load commands from a file, could you do that?

Say its a single bit of coding but I want it to be interchangeable.

Almost like an .ini file

Like in the .ini file say there is 3 lines

one to load up calculator

one to load up notepad

and one to load up the command prompt.

Instead of putting the code in the program, can you read it from a .ini file but only on a specific line?

I dont know, Sounds confusing but its just a wonder.

Hi,

you can

A) Execute a full Autoit command read as a string from file : Execute("Run('notepad.exe')")

Here you have to read the file where the string is "Run('notepad.exe')"

 You can assign (have a look at the helpfile :-) )
