ProcessWaitClose Help

Hey guys

This is my first post on here, and I want to say how awesome autoit is. I use it generally for my mediacenter and it has helped greatly. My question is this. I have a batch file that launches a program and then launches an exe of autoit I made. The autoit exe has a series of macro commands and then I have processwaitclose("The program that was initially launched in the bat file"). My problem is that when I launch the batch file it goes through its steps and then launches autoit fine, and then autoit just stays there and does not go through the macros I wrote. It will do them after I close the program the batch file launched but that is not what I want. Is there any way to get this to work for me. I am sorry if this post is confusing I uploaded the two files I am talking about. I appreciate any help I can get on this matter.
