getting counters on Webpage help

Guys,

I want to create an autoclicker based on a webpage counter particularly in auction sites.

Like for exmaple these site http://www.swoopo.com. i would like to make the script click the bid button when the counter hits 1.

Can you suggest what is the best way to do this. Does IE.au3 has the capability to handle this or im better off with a pixel checker.
