I want to know that, is it possible to add a custom button at other Windows Title Bar ?

If yes then how can we get notification when the user press that button ?

That's an interesting question. I would like to know, too! I've seen some programs add a "." to the title bar, which minimizes the window, but that's it.

only option i could think of is to write your own theme.
