copying excel file list to a website form

Hi, I'm a newbie on using AutoIt

Could anyone help me on a script that copies the data from an excel to website form

On my excel file i have two columns NAMES and CITY

On the website i need to fill the NAMES and CITY from the excel file then automatically selects the country(defined by the script) in the dropdown list for countries in the website then check the "checkbox" in the website also then submit the data(clicks submit button)in the website

I would like also to open 6 "tabs" for the site (using firefox)after i submit data on the first tab i would move on the next until on the last tab, after the last tab i would go to the first tab and check if the data has been sent, if it has i would click the back button or the home button on the browser then check the second tab until the last and then goes back again to copying the data
