Progress Bar Help.

I have created this script to create config files from a txt file, but for some unknow reason to progress bar will not work correctly, if i have say 20 configs in the txt file that need spliting down then the progress bar hits 100% before the file has finished creating the files.

In the txt file i am using #### as a marker to tell the script to create a new file is there any way i can use this marker to update the prgress bar.
