I want to create a scanner to remove a 0 day virus or malware using a file hash

Does anyone wknow of a way to create a template that I can plug a file hash into to scan the hard drive for a file hash then remove it from memory the hard drive and any rlated reg keys. I think I can figure most of it out except for the file hash piece
