How do I run a .bat file (Automate Malwarebytes free)

I'm very new to AutoIt

I'm trying to automate button clicks on an app that is called from by a .bat file

how do I call the batch file from autoit?

in vbscript I'd use something like WshShell.Run ("name.bat", 2, True)

then I'll run some sendkeys and winwaitactive procedures.

it's to automate Malwarebytes Free version. I want to run it nightly on my wife's computer but I want it to update, click ok, then scan, wait for complete, then clean, and close
