But RSS is more a process than a single program. Unless you had something specific in mind.(?)

- RSS (data file) creator.

- RSS file. special formatted text file.

- RSS reader. RSS file reader + checker(scanning od a bunch of known (stored) RSS url's)

Of course it is possible...

_InetGetSource() the *.RSS-File from somewhere in the internet and read the last/newest messages.

Or write a *.RSS-File with AutoIt and save this file on your webspace to offer these "feeds"

Thats part of the RSS reader application logic. ... to figure out what the last read messages where (by the current user). After getting the full RSS file first of course.
