Reading .Txt File Over Internet

3 posts in this topic

Is there a way to make AutoIt read a .txt file from the internet.

I know there is a way to do this with an ini file, however, the ini file is restricted to a specific number of titles. I would like to be able to read a text file from the internet, and use srtinginstring functions to get what I need.

I have the script working locally (as in it can read the .txt file on my computer), but I would REALLY like to have it work over the internet.

Is there a way to do this?

Thanks,

Eric
