how to allows program that do not support working through proxy servers to operate through a SOCKS5 proxy server with Autoit

Is it this one?

I already try it but got a problem with Hex(BinaryString($sReq)).

So this program it it the one im looking for? If it is how can i solve the problem.

i need some help.
