Compare image?

Hi,

Just wondering if its possible in auto it?

i want to know how to compare and check if i found the same image?

Im trying to make something like lucky 7 on video games.

If i got 3 number "7" images ill win or something like that.

hope you get what i mean, t_t its hard to explain.
