how send file between client and server

if code for client

if code for server

While 1
        $rev = TCPRecv($ConnectedSocket, $nPORT)

    WEnd

the server still loop the While 1

how i can fixed that

Did you look at the examples in the help file under TCPSend() and TCPRecv()? What you posted here is missing lots of parts.
