Tec,

Just use a font which includes the subscript characters - most Unicode fonts are suitable. Then you just need to do this (works for me on Vista): ;)

#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>

$hGUI = GUICreate("Test", 500, 500)
GUISetFont(15, Default, Default, "Segoe UI")

$sText = "H" & ChrW(8322) & "O"

$hLabel = GUICtrlCreateLabel($sText, 10, 10)

GUISetState()

While 1
    Switch GUIGetMsg()
        Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            Exit
    EndSwitch
WEnd
