No. As there is nothing wrong with SQLite.au3.

Should I be worried about these errors?

No. As:

- Those are not error's but warning's.

- And SQLite.au3 is correctly prepped to prevent those potential problems.

shouldn't SQLite.dll.au3 be included in SQLite.au3

No. As its a indirect support function include file for SQLite.au3. Intended to allow the auto creation of a SQLite.dll file. But if the programmer decides to use or include a other/newer version of the SQLite.dll with his script or inside the executable, its not needed and will only add more unneeded size to the final exe size.
