Save picture from a page?

Hello.

I make a small program, and there I want the user to save the image on a page, by pressing a button.

The user can choose what folder he wants to save the pictures in. (The same box that pops up if you right-click and select save picture)

It`s from this page I want to save the image:

I suppose i need to use some _IE commands?

You could just use INetGet since you already know the location of the image file.
