As mentioned, the ternary operator is alive and well in the current release. The mood when it comes to implementing new features is also much different than the response you got those many years ago. That said, I believe we will close this out for posterity. Any future feature requests can use the appropriate channel of the link below. Please be sure to read the post on what the development team won't be doing before posting any feature requests.
